Babyverzorging (Perawatan bayi)

Zoals bekend is hier ter stede opgericht een comité voor babyverzorging (Taman Baji Sehat), in welk comité de dameverenigingen Parkiwa, Budi Istri, Perwari, Ikatan Bidan Indonesia afd. Priangan, Gerwis, P.S.K.P., Huisvrouwenvereniging, P.P.I., Ibu Setia, Persatuan Wanita Kristen, Perkit en Persis zitting hebben. Met het doel om de Regering bij te staan in haar streven naar verbetering der volksgezondheid wil het comité een babycrèche openen, waar tegen een redelijke vergoeding gezonde babies, wier moeders gestorven, ziek of werkzaam zijn en die dus thuis geen goede verzorging ontberen, opgenomen kunnen worden.

With the aim of assisting the Government in its efforts to improve public health, the committee wants to open a baby crèche where, for a reasonable fee, healthy babies whose mothers have died, are ill or are working, and who therefore lack good care at home, can be accepted.
