In een slopje van Kebon Sirih, waar de wrakke bamboehutjes de bezoekers van de gemeenteraad pogen te bedelven, werd een onderzoek ingesteld naar de levensomstandigheden van hen die hun dagelijks magere bordje rijst met prostitutie van de laagste klasse verdienen. Onder meer zijn op de foto twee dames-gemeenteraadsleden te onderscheiden, die hun minder bedeelde sexegenoten voorlichting gaven en zich met hen onderhielden. Staande links mevr.
