Weer anti-Nederlandse agitatie in Indonesië (Anti-Dutch agitation again in Indonesia)

DJAKARTA, maandag Twee organisaties, waarin de communisten de boventoon voeren, hebben aangedrongen op inbeslagneming van het Nederlandse kapitaal van de Dutch Shell Company of Indonesla; Perboem, een vakvereniging van Indonesische potroleumarbeiders, spoorde de regering aan, niet alleen de voorgenomen plannen tot naasting v»-i alle pctroleummaatschappijen door te zetten, maar „ook het Nederlandse kapitaal in Dutch Shell" over te nemen. Ook de vrouwenorganisatie Gerwani, die gelieerd is aan de Indonesische communistische partij, drong er bij de regering op aan, Nederlands kapitaal in beslag te nemen. — (A.P.)

Two organisations in which the communists set the tone have urged the confiscation of the Dutch capital of the Dutch Shell Company of Indonesia; Perboem, a trade union of Indonesian petroleum workers, urged the government not only to carry out the intended plans for taking over all petroleum companies, but "also to take over the Dutch capital in Dutch Shell".
