Internationale Kinderdag (International Children's Day, Surabaya)

In een dezer dagen op initiatief van enige vrouwen- en jeugdorganisaties gehouden bijeenkomst is besloten een comité ter herdenking van de communistische Kinderdag op 1 Juni a.s. op te richten. Voorzitster van dit comité is mevrouw [Unreadable] Tana van de Gerwis, secretaresse mej. Marijah van de R.K.K.S. en penningmeesteres mevrouw Mudjinah van de Perwari. Het secretariaat is gevestigd ten kantore van de R.K.K.S., Kaliasin 131. Op het herdenkingsprogramma staat een receptie op [Unreadable] en een kinderbijeenkomst op het Pasarklingveld [Unreadable] op 1 Juni.

=== [Page 1] === International Children's Day At a meeting held one of these days on the initiative of a number of women's and youth organisations it was decided to set up a committee to commemorate the communist Children's Day on 1 June next. Chairwoman of this committee is Mrs Mh. Tana of the Gerwis [Gerwis], secretary Miss Marlijah of the R.K.K.S. and treasurer Mrs Mudjinah of the Perwari. The secretariat is located at the office of the R.K.K.S., Kaliasin 131. The commemoration programme includes a reception on 31 May and a children's gathering on the Pacarkeling field on 1 June.
