Preparation of details of the elections
The Gerwani branch Djomblang has in these days established a committee whose task will be to set up a so-called child day-care centre during the elections. Eight of the young people will be stationed at each polling station (Tempat Pemungutan Suara).
— According to reports received by P.I.A., Colonel Simbolon, territorial and troop commander of T.T. I (North Sumatra), paid a visit to President Soekarno on Monday evening. No further information could yet be obtained on the purpose of the visit.
