Text

=== [Page 1] === Dr. H. Ali Akbar Dr. H. Ali Akbar of the Masjumi, after having expressed approval of the composition of the cabinet, took into consideration the call by M.H. Lukman of the PKI to the Masjumi to cooperate. The speaker declared that Lukman's sympathetic call has the great interest of the Masjumi. But, alas, the optimism aroused by this call has vanished like snow before the sun through the attacks launched by Mrs. Salawati of the PKI faction. In view of these two contradictory utterances by one and the same grouping, the speaker asked the chairman of the PKI faction, Ir. Sakirman, what the true intention of this call actually is. The speaker asked for the establishment of a council for the protection of morality and for the determination of moral norms in the field of medicine.
