Nu de chef-staf van het leger de hangende kwesties heeft overgenomen, acht overste Worang zich niet competent in détails te treden t.a.v. Lukas Kustario's verklaring inzake legeractiviteiten. welke verklaring over het algemeen zijn goedkeuring niet wegdraagt. Dit betreft ook de mening van de heer Lukas, dat in de Minahasa eèn contrarevolutionnaire beweging zou bestaan voor de verstoring van de eenheid in de Indonesische regering. Worang acht het de taak van politieke leiders om eventueel te reageren op Lukas Kustario's verklaring, die de Minahasa in een verkeeïd daglicht stelt. Tenslotte vraagt hij zich af, of de twee andere, Kustario vergezellende parlementsleden, nl. mevr. Salawati en Mansjur, eenzelfde mening zouden hebben.
