Vrijdagochtend is het NITkatir.et in zitting bijeengekomen ter bespreking van de algemene situatie in de negara in verband me; de komst van de APRIStroepen. Het kabinet besloot alle arrestanten, betrokken bij affaires van Masamba, Kakas. Rembigen en Tondano in vrijheid te stellen. Onder deze arrestanten bevindt zich mevr. Salawati Daud. De republikeinse senator Taft heeft Vrijdag aan de pers verklaard, het voorstel om de fondsen voor het plan Marshall van drie milllard eenhonderd millioen dollar terug te brengen tot twee milliard vijfhonderd millioen dollar te zullen steunen.
