Premier Zhou separately receives eight delegations visiting our country [People's Daily 1954-10-19, page 1] [Xinhua News Agency, 18th] After National Day, Zhou Enlai, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, separately received eight delegations from five countries – Indonesia, Burma, Chile, Pakistan and India – who came to China to watch the National Day celebrations and to visit. On the 4th of this month he received the Indonesian goodwill delegation headed by Sumanang and the Indonesian women's delegation headed by Mrs. Pudjobuntoro [普佐邦托罗夫人]; the Indonesian ambassador to China, Mononutu, was also present. On the 5th he received the trade union congress (Burma) delegation headed by U Ba Hsi and Mrs. U Ba Hsi; the Burmese ambassador, U Ba Maw [as rendered], was also present.
