Article text as given by the database; full-page scan follows (page image 4).一批外国妇女代表团到京【人民日报1957-09-30第4版新华社２９日讯　应中华人民共和国妇女联合会邀请前来参加国庆观礼的缅甸、锡兰、埃及、印度、印度尼西亚、日本、突尼斯、巴基斯坦八个国家的妇女代表团和以个人身份应邀的外宾共六十多人中，已经有五十四人到达北京。 ２８日和２９日到达的有：以都埃漆夫人为首的缅甸妇女代表团，以德拉尼亚加拉夫人为首的锡兰妇女代表团，以爱赫桑·阿卜德夫人为首的埃及妇女代表团，以阿米纳·希达雅特夫人为首的印度尼西亚妇女代表团，以渡边道子先生为首的日本社会党妇女部访华代表团，以莎菲亚·祖伊顿夫人为首的突尼斯妇女代表团，以哈比布·易卜拉欣·拉欣姆图拉夫人为首的巴基斯坦妇女代表团。其中埃及是首次派遣妇女代表团来我国参观访问。 已经到达北京的还有英国尼娜·斯庇勒夫人，玛丽·蒙尼卡·韦特利小姐，法国蓓尔热·玛丽·克莱尔夫人。以普希帕·梅达夫人为首的印度妇女代表团已经到达广州。 参加中国妇女第三次全国代表大会的波兰代表斯坦尼斯瓦娃·扎瓦德茨卡和爱娃·歇尔布格·扎雷比娜二人也应邀留京参加国庆观礼。 相关报道：

Indonesian (Mrs Amina Hidajat) A group of foreign women's delegations arrive in Beijing [People's Daily 1957-09-30, page 4] Xinhua, 29th – Of the more than sixty women delegates and individually invited foreign guests, in the women's delegations of eight countries – Burma, Ceylon, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Japan, Tunisia and Pakistan – invited by the All-China Women's Federation to attend the National Day celebrations, fifty-four have already arrived in Beijing. Arriving on the 28th and 29th were: the Burmese women's delegation headed by Mrs. Du Aiqi [都埃漆夫人]; the Ceylonese women's delegation headed by Mrs. Delanyagala [德拉尼亚加拉夫人]; the Egyptian women's delegation headed by Mrs. Ihsan Abd [爱赫桑·阿卜德夫人]; the Indonesian women's delegation headed by Mrs. Amina Hidajat [阿米纳·希达雅特夫人]; the delegation of the Women's Department of the Japan Socialist Party headed by Ms. Watanabe Michiko [渡边道子]; the Tunisian women's delegation headed by Mrs. Safia Zouiten [莎菲亚·祖伊顿夫人]; and the Pakistani women's delegation headed by Mrs. Habib Ibrahim Rahimtoola [哈比布·易卜拉欣·拉欣姆图拉夫人]. Egypt sent a women's delegation to visit our country for the first time. Also arrived in Beijing are Mrs. Nina Spiller and Miss Mary Monica Wetley of Britain, and Mrs. Berger Marie-Claire of France. The Indian women's delegation headed by Mrs. Pushpa Mehta [普希帕·梅达夫人] has arrived in Guangzhou. The two Polish delegates to the Third National Congress of Chinese Women, Stanisława Zawadecka and Ewa Szelburg-Zarembina, were also invited to remain in Beijing to watch the National Day celebrations.
