Our All-China Women's Federation telegraphs the Indonesian Women's Movement Association supporting the struggle to recover West Irian

Xinhua, 23rd – The All-China Women's Federation of the People's Republic of China on the 21st telegraphed congratulations on the convening of the national women's congress of the Indonesian Women's Movement Association [Gerwani, 印度尼西亚妇女运动协会], and expressed support for the Indonesian people's struggle to recover West Irian. The telegram said: "Chinese women fully support your just struggle to recover West Irian. We firmly believe that, with your unremitting efforts and the support of the peoples of Asia and Africa and the peace-loving peoples of the whole world, the colonialists are bound to fail and you will surely win victory."
