Ina later dispatch, NCNA elaborated on the commentary and dropped the TASS attribution. A SOVIETSY FLOT commentary, measuring the combined might and determination of the CPR and USSR against the expanded U.S. forces in the Pacific, was also summarized by NCNA. Other NCNA items included quotations from statements by Hamilton Fish and U.S. Senator Fulbright attacking U.S, policy, a Polish.Government statement on the Taiwan Strait situation, an interview with the deputy Imam of Cman supporting the CFR, critical Australian and Burmese press comment, and statements of support by German trade unionists, an Indonesian women's organization, and several Indonesian public figures.
