Considering: 1--The statement of the Central Executive Board of Nahdatul Ulama and a number of its mass organizations issued on 1 October 1965 in connection with the incident launched by the so-called 30 September Movement; 2--The evidence which is already im the hands of the authorities that the counterrevolutionary group, the 30 September Movement, has armed Pemuda Rakjat (People's Youth) and members of the Public Works Workers Union/SOBSI’ (All-Indonesian Central Labor Organization); 3--The fact already pointed out by the authorities that (?members of) Pemuda Rakjat and Gerwani (Indonesian Women's Movement) have deliberately been brought from afar to be trained at Lubang Buaja, Djakarta, where later, in an old well, were found buried the bodies of six generals and one junior officer of TNI (Indonesian National Army) who fell victim to the brutality of the 30 September Movement; uweThe fact that HARIAN RAKJAT, the official organ of the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI) not only reported grandly the actions of this counterrevolutionary movement but also, through its editorial, (word indistinct), and other special columns, expressed full support to the movement which attempted to seize the "prerogative right" of the President, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia and Great Leader of the Revolution;: 5--The speeches of the President, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia and Great Leader of the Revolution expressing his firm stand and which has received full support from all revolutionary forces in the country in facing counterrevolutionary parties and mass organizations; And taking into consideration that every counterrevolutionary movement must be eliminated completely and as speedily as possible to safeguard the course of the revolution, to insure the realization of the five charms of the revolution and the fulfillment of the message of the people's suffering; We hereby resolve: a--To ask the President, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tndonesia, and Great Leader of the Revolution, within the shortest time possible, to disband the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI), Pemuda Rakjat, the Public Works Workers Union/SOBSI, and all other mass organizations which took part in manipulating and/or cooperated with the so-called 30 September Movementb.To ask the President, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of © indonesia, and Great Leader of the Revolution to revoke the publishing permit forever of all newspapers and other media and publications which directly or indirectly supported and/or assisted the so-called 30 September Movement. === [PDF page 2] === c--To appeal to all Moslems and all other revolutionary forces to give their fullest assistance to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia in their effort to implement the order of the President, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia, and Great Leader of the Revolution to settle and to normalize all consequences created by the 30 September Movement.
