All leading members of the above organisations residing within the jurisdiction of the war-time authority of Jakarta and its surrounding areas have a duty to report to the bodies referred to in Article 2 of this decision. Article 2: the bodies designated to receive reports under Article 1 of this decision are: 1. the relevant police stations of the Greater Jakarta Capital Special Region; 2. the relevant district military commands of the second-level regions of Bekasi and Wedan [Bekasi and Tangerang? – "文登"; name uncertain]. Article 3: the period within which reporting is obligatory under Article 1 of this decision is from 19 October 1965 to 24 October 1965. Article 4: any leading member of the organisations mentioned in Article 1, whether intentionally or through negligence, who does not come to report within the above period will be dealt with under the emergency regulations in force.
