Gerwani Mazhab Politik Islam Era Soekarno (Rahmanudin, 2022)
Gerwani as a political school of Islam in the Sukarno era (Rahmanudin, 2022)
Deden Rahmanudin, 'Gerwani Mazhab Politik Islam Era Soekarno' (Jurnal Kewarganegaraan 6:2, 2022), a literature-based article presenting Gerwani as a feminist movement and discussing it from an Islamic viewpoint (Sukarno's Sarinah, Hamka). Drawing on Wieringa and Lestariningsih, it recounts Gerwani's 1950 founding, MPs (Suharti, Salawati Daud, Umi Sardjono, Mudigdio), the 30 Sept 1965 confusion over Lubang Buaya, torture, Plantungan and release 1977-79, and the sexual-deviance propaganda.
Deden Rahmanudin, 'Gerwani Mazhab Politik Islam Era Soekarno' (Jurnal Kewarganegaraan 6:2, 2022), artikel studi pustaka yang menempatkan Gerwani sebagai gerakan feminis dan membahasnya dari sudut pandang Islam (Sarinah karya Sukarno, Hamka). Bersumber dari Wieringa dan Lestariningsih, memaparkan berdirinya Gerwani 1950, para anggota DPR (Suharti, Salawati Daud, Umi Sardjono, Mudigdio), kebingungan 30 September 1965 soal Lubang Buaya, penyiksaan, Plantungan dan pembebasan 1977-79, serta propaganda penyimpangan seksual.
“Wieringa shows Gerwani 'tidak pernah terlibat kudeta'; on the night of 30 Sept women from several PKI-linked groups and Cakrabirawa wives gathered at Lubang Buaya (p. 3954).”
